Hi @Everyone!

Just a few things for this week:

1. Invoices have been sent out to emails! Payment is due April 3rd ☺️

2. Next week is spring break, so there is NO SCHOOL April 7-11

3. Tomorrow is one of my most favorite days: April fool’s Day!! I have a few tricks up my sleeve for the kiddos, but all in good fun 😅 So be prepared for a few stories!!

I think that is all! Don’t forget to sign up for summer camps! 😍

We will be celebrating in class this week with two days of Dr. Seuss fun!! 📖

Green Eggs and Ham Tuesday: Does your kiddo like green eggs and ham?? They get to try it tomorrow (no artificial dyes will be used)! If your kiddo wants to wear green to celebrate, they can!! But it’s not necessary! Just fun! 🤩

Wacky Wednesday: On Wednesday we will read Wacky Wednesday by Dr. Seuss! I thought it would be so fun to dress wacky! Mismatched socks, pants on backwards, crazy hair, or whatever your kiddo wants!

If your child is not into the theme, it’s totally fine! Participation is not necessary, but it will be a good time! 💚🧡

I hope you all enjoyed your snowy weekend! Just a few things for this week:

1. Our field trip is just one week away (next Monday)! Don’t forget to RSVP if you can make it! :)

2. Please bring snow gear tomorrow!!! We will be outside and it will be wonderful snowman and snow fort-making snow! The kids are definitely going to want to roll and play in it! ☃️

3. This week is Random Acts of Kindness week and we will be talking about all the ways we can show kindness to others in class! I hope it sparks lots of conversations at home, too! ❤️

Sorry to message so late, but I wanted to try to get back to my Monday Updates 😆 Just a few things for this week:

1. Invoices were sent out over the weekend. I know some may be paying by check/cash tomorrow so disregard this if that’s you. But just a reminder that those did go out!

2. February’s field trip has been posted! Please read the description and RSVP if you can make it! :)

3. Snow is falling! We are getting some snow, so feel free to bring snow gear! I’m not sure how much we will get here, but the kids still will want to play in it! ☃️❄️

4. Valentine’s Day is next week! I’ll be sending a list home of all the kid’s names and with the newsletter this week.

I am going to get back to doing these check-ins on Mondays at some point 😆😅 Just a couple of things for this week:

Invoices: We are at the end of the month, so invoices will be going out this week. Payment is due February 3rd, or since the 3rd is a Monday, if you’re paying by cash/check, you can bring it Tuesday ☺️

Intent to Re-Enroll forms are going home this week! If you’ve been in my class before, the form will look a little different! I’m sending a simpler form that essentially says either Yes or No. Please return this form by the week of February 12-13 so I know exactly how many spots I have available to offer the families on my waitlist. Those of you that say “Yes,” I’ll send you a link to register, just like when you originally registered, but you’ll have…

Secondly, I am about to place a book order to PaperPie but wanted to reach out to see if anyone wanted to order anything? I am planning on doing a Books and Bunco night in the next month or so where we can plan Bunco and try to win books! PaperPie has AMAZING interactive kid’s books and activities!! They make great screen-free activities!!

I hope you all had an amazing holiday break with those you love most! I just wanted to touch base about a few things as we gear up to start back to school next Tuesday:

1. I definitely hit vacation mode pretty hard and just sent out the invoices for December 🫣 Please forgive me!! You have a few extra days to pay since I wasn’t slacking!

2. Our January Field Trip has been posted! We are going to Mobius Discovery Center and since they are closed on Mondays, we are going on Thursday the 16th. Details are in the Link to the event! Just a few things for this week:

1. Next week is our Pumpkin Patch Field Trip!! Please RSVP if you can make it!! This is such a precious field trip and Hidden Acres does an incredible job! ☺️

2. Tomorrow is book return day if your kiddos want to get new books this week! If not, it’s okay! Your kiddo may also have chosen not to get books this past week, so if you don’t see their book bag, they may have chosen not to get books!

I hope you all had an awesome and restful weekend! I’m so excited for this week! We are learning all about fall and will be doing some super fun leaf activities!!

Just a few things for this week:

1. Tomorrow is library book check-in day. You do not have to return the books tomorrow, but if your kiddo wants to check out new books, please bring the books inside their book bag to be checked back in tomorrow. We will be checking new books out on Wednesday!
   

2. Our field trip to the pumpkin patch is coming up very quickly! If you are Able to make it, please RSVP with the number of people that will be attending so that I can let the people at the pumpkin patch know. We want to make sure everybody gets their pumpkin donuts and cider! 😋

I hope you all had an awesome weekend! Just a few things for this week:

We are doing our first book checkout this week!! Your kiddo will be bringing home a book bag with up to 6 books that can be returned the following week for more books! 😀 There are no late fees or penalties for lost or late books, so your kiddo can totally keep the books for as long as they’d like —up until the end of the school year when I’ll need all of my books and the book bag back! 😀 I’ve added your emails this year to my library system so you will probably getting notifications of when they are “due” and hopefully which books your child checked out so you can keep track of which ones are coming home!

I hope you had a fantastic weekend! The first days of school were so wonderful! I’m so excited and grateful to have this bunch of students! This week we will be reading stories about “No, David!” And ”Pete the Cat” and using both characters to learn about being in our class, how we never give up, and how to treat each other.

I also wanted to let you know that our first field trip has been posted and ready for you to RSVP to! If you can make it, it will be next Monday at the Upper Manito park! We will be playing and doing some crafts! ☺️

I am SO excited for our first day of school! I just wanted to share a few things for tomorrow:

1. If your kiddos want to bring a special stuffed animal to school to help them learn, they are ALWAYS welcome to bring one, as long as it fits in their backpacks ☺️

2. Please review the drop-off and pick-up procedures in the Parent Handbook ☺️ If you don’t have the hard copy, I have a digital version in the “Files” Section!

3. The only thing kids need to bring is a backpack with some extra clothes (in case of accidents), a water bottle, and their orange take-home folder!

Tomorrow will most likely bring a wide range of emotions for you and your kiddos! I hope you all take some time this evening to get some extra snuggles in! ❤️
